Responsible for working with leadership in identifying high-priority areas for improvement in order to ensure continuous improvement efforts are aligned to Oath strategic initiatives

Lead the organization to ensure continuous improvement projects are being completed successfully and aimed at reducing costs, increasing efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction and improving financial performance

Create an environment where all employees have increased opportunities to contribute to the success of the business and the security of their future through continuous improvement efforts

Take initiative to apply expertise through innovation in support of the organizational vision that addresses critical business issues and focuses on developing long-term solutions

Establish a complete documentation system to capture operational, financial and customer interaction improvements realized

Evaluate, recommend and implement system automation tools

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline

Minimum 8+ years progressive continuous improvement/project management leadership

Strong coaching skills with a minimum of 5+ years of effectively leading large, complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries and across global regions

Preferred training and/or certification in Six Sigma, Lean and/or Agile

Experience with Robotics Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or other related technologies

Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate organizational, prioritization and time management proficiencies

Meticulous attention to detail

Knowledge of and large ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.)
