As a Product Marketing Manager, Customer Insights, you will provide analysis, strategic perspective and market understanding from research, customers and prospects to our partner teams throughout the organization. You serve as an analytics expert, structuring research and customer insights from the data to help other teams make better decisions. You will make critical recommendations for your fellow Googlers in Sales, Marketing and Product Management.
You serve as the subject matter expert Product Marketing Manager who can streamline and optimize the program and use data to identify opportunities for the team. This can range from designing the framework, evaluating commercial feasibility of a concept to market launch and segmentation profiling. You will make critical recommendations for your fellow Googlers in Sales, Marketing and Product Management. As a self-starter, you will provide strategic perspective and market understanding from research and make recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities
Grow and develop Google Cloud’s awareness and consideration through customer insights.
Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert for our customers.
Drive the implementation of a centralized resource that connect data systems and business intelligence (BI) systems.
Collaborate cross functionally with sales, marketing and engineering to inform all stakeholders about the product’s viability.
Construct an analysis around a specific business question, write a clear, usable project plan, and execute with minimal guidance.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of various cloud solutions (collaboration, platforms, etc).
Understanding of statistical modeling techniques. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally across all levels.
Understanding of the Google brand and Google Cloud platforms/products.
Demonstrated accountability, with the ability to take ownership of the end-to-end project life cycle.
Creative, results-driven, business minded, and collaborative, with the ability to seamlessly move between strategy and execution.
