We’re looking for engineers with creative ideas in areas including distributed computing, large-scale system design, database systems, and artificial intelligence. As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to 1Ticket needs with opportunities to switch teams as our fast-paced business grows and evolves. Our engineers are versatile leaders who are excited about finding innovative solutions to challenging problems across the full-stack.

Responsibilities

Lead designs of major software as a service components, systems, and features.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software as a service.

Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise.

Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of relevant work experience, or 5 years of relevant work experience with a PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, or Go.

Experience architecting and developing large scale cloud computing design.

Preferred qualifications.

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.

Experience working with one or more from the following: Infrastructure, Machine Learning, Embedded Systems, Full-stack Development, and Security.

Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
